With matcha carried to me from Colorado, I’m finally getting to experiment – I have not yet made any of these things. I did make some almond-chocolate chip-matcha-mounds.

The posting has skyrocketed since I left San Francisco. This is what happens when I’m heartbroken and stuck in Los Angeles, apparently. That city is captivating.
I found a really good thing, though. It’s a blog called Bon Appegeek, with supremely interesting recipes like nurungji, commentaries on eggs, and images like scallions.

Oh my goodness, I have a dangerous love of nutrition information. If I wasn’t about to move to Guatemala, I’d be seriously considering a gluten-free diet… I’m learning so much from just looking around the web for a couple days! Who ever knew that chia seeds are the healthiest of healthy?
