I just found a specifically vegan recipe for gnocchi that is fabulously complete and well-explained, as opposed to the one I used when we made gnocchi at home… I think I was inventing as I went from the 101cookbooks version, then let them take a quick visit to the oven to right all wrongs. And they were delicious.
