I just found a specifically vegan recipe for gnocchi that is fabulously complete and well-explained, as opposed to the one I used when we made gnocchi at home… I think I was inventing as I went from the 101cookbooks version, then let them take a quick visit to the oven to right all wrongs. And they were delicious.

But Google image search reveals that squashy dumplings are best for eating. Pumpkin ravioli are coming up in my kitchen, where lemon-coconut-garlic baked gnocchis recently made a great campaign for homemade pasta.
Here are some phat ravioli to last until early next week.
